I crashed the car, I turned the claim into the insurance company, they totalled it. To me that means it's totalled without even considering the damage to the car which you have no clue what that is. Unless you have some sort of psychic abilities to draw more than what that picture illustrates. First off, you can clearly see that the whole car is bent, as indicated by the gap at the top of the window. Next we'll get into what you can't see. When my car exited the road I hit the impact barrier on the butt end of a concrete center divider. The barrier was a metal frame designed to give-way when something hits it. The lower part of the metal framework hit directly on the union of the engine and tranny, resulting in the transmission being "broken" from the engine and shoved towards the drivers side floorboard. The floorboard was struck so hard and pushed up so far I almost couldn't pull my legs out because they were lodged between the steering column and floor. The twisting of the body also craked the dash and center console. The exhaust system, just ahead of the cats was shreaded. The oil pan was ripped open. I could go on but hopefully you're starting to get the point. Try not to insult someone before you hear all the facts.
